Grace Miura-Wong

Grace is a PhD student in the Department of Political Science at Carleton University. In the context of a diversifying Canadian polity, her research examines the key motivations behind the political participation of understudied, racialized communities in urban centres across Canada. Having completed her B.A. at the University of British Columbia and her M.A. at Simon Fraser University, her doctoral project brings her back to Vancouver where she is currently conducting field research. Aside from dissertation writing, Grace also teaches undergraduate courses on Canadian Politics and World Politics and works as a Research Assistant with the Canadian Municipal Barometer.
